١. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك تطبيق «حصن المسلم» (المشار إليه بـ«التطبيق») الصادر عن RootDev («نحن»)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق وحذفه من جهازك.
٢. ترخيص الاستخدام
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، وفق قواعد الاستخدام الخاصة بمتجر App Store. هذا الترخيص لا ينقل إليك ملكية التطبيق.
٣. طبيعة المحتوى الديني
أذكار التطبيق مستندة إلى كتاب «حصن المسلم من أذكار الكتاب والسنة» للشيخ سعيد بن علي بن وهف القحطاني. نحرص على دقة النصوص، لكن التطبيق أداة مساعدة وليس مرجعًا شرعيًا نهائيًا، ولا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء المطبعية أو النقص. عند الاختلاف يُرجع إلى المصادر الأصلية وأهل العلم.
أوقات الشروق والغروب والتنبيهات المرتبطة بها محسوبة تقريبيًا اعتمادًا على إحداثيات المدينة المختارة، وقد تختلف عن التقاويم المحلية. لا ينبغي الاعتماد عليها وحدها في تحديد أوقات الصلاة أو الصيام.

٤. الإعلانات
النسخة المجانية من التطبيق مموّلة بالإعلانات المعروضة عبر Google AdMob وشبكات الوساطة المرتبطة بها. باستخدامك النسخة المجانية فإنك توافق على عرض هذه الإعلانات. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى الإعلانات أو المنتجات المعلن عنها من قِبل جهات خارجية.
٥. الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق
يوفّر التطبيق اشتراكًا مميزًا لإزالة الإعلانات بالخطط التالية: شهري، سنوي، ومدى الحياة (دفعة واحدة غير متجددة).
- يُخصم مبلغ الاشتراك من حساب Apple ID الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء، بالسعر والمدة المعروضين داخل التطبيق قبل الإتمام.
- التجديد التلقائي: تتجدد الاشتراكات الشهرية والسنوية تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِ التجديد قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية. يتم الخصم للتجديد خلال الـ٢٤ ساعة السابقة لنهاية الفترة.
- الإلغاء: يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إيقاف التجديد التلقائي من: إعدادات iOS ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات. لا يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك من داخل التطبيق نفسه.
- الاستعادة: عند تغيير الجهاز أو إعادة تثبيت التطبيق، استخدم زر «استعادة المشتريات» داخل شاشة الاشتراك.
- الاسترداد: تُدار طلبات استرداد المبالغ بالكامل من قِبل Apple وفق سياساتها، ولا نملك صلاحية إصدار المبالغ المستردة مباشرة. يمكنك تقديم الطلب عبر reportaproblem.apple.com.
- تغيير الأسعار: قد تتغير الأسعار مستقبلًا؛ وستُخطرك Apple بأي زيادة على اشتراك متجدد وتطلب موافقتك قبل سريانها.
- خطة «مدى الحياة» عملية شراء واحدة غير متجددة، وتظل فعّالة ما دام التطبيق متاحًا ومرتبطًا بحساب Apple ID الذي أتم الشراء.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
تتعهّد بعدم القيام بما يلي:
- إجراء هندسة عكسية للتطبيق أو تفكيكه أو محاولة استخراج شفرته المصدرية.
- نسخ محتوى التطبيق أو تصميمه أو إعادة نشره لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي منّا.
- التحايل على آلية الإعلانات أو الاشتراك أو استخدام وسائل غير مشروعة لفتح المزايا المدفوعة.
- استخدام التطبيق بما يخالف القوانين المعمول بها.
٧. الملكية الفكرية
شفرة التطبيق وتصميمه وواجهاته وشعاره وقواعد بياناته المنظّمة مملوكة لـ RootDev ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. ولا ندّعي ملكية النصوص الشرعية ذاتها من قرآن وسنة.
٨. الخدمات التابعة لجهات خارجية
يستخدم التطبيق خدمات من Apple و Google و Meta. استخدامك للتطبيق يخضع أيضًا لشروط تلك الجهات، ولسنا مسؤولين عن أدائها أو انقطاعها.
٩. التوفّر والتعديلات
نسعى لإبقاء التطبيق متاحًا ومحدّثًا، لكن يحق لنا تعديل أي ميزة أو إيقافها أو إيقاف التطبيق كليًا في أي وقت. في حال إيقاف خدمة مدفوعة نهائيًا خلال فترة اشتراك مدفوعة، يمكنك التقدّم لـ Apple بطلب استرداد نسبي.
١٠. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توافره» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الصلاحية لغرض معيّن أو الدقة أو عدم الانقطاع أو خلوّه من الأخطاء.
١١. حدود المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خاصة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه. وفي جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته فعليًا مقابل التطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة. لا تؤثر هذه الشروط على حقوقك الإلزامية كمستهلك بموجب القانون الواجب التطبيق.
١٢. إنهاء الترخيص
ينتهي هذا الترخيص تلقائيًا عند حذفك للتطبيق، أو عند مخالفتك لهذه الشروط. ولا يخوّلك الإنهاء استرداد أي مبالغ مدفوعة إلا وفق سياسات Apple.
١٣. بند خاص بشركة Apple
- هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين RootDev وحدها، وليست مع Apple.
- Apple غير مسؤولة عن التطبيق أو محتواه، ولا تلتزم بتقديم أي دعم أو صيانة له.
- في حال عدم مطابقة التطبيق لأي ضمان معمول به، يمكنك إخطار Apple لاسترداد ثمن الشراء إن وُجد؛ وباستثناء ذلك لا تتحمل Apple أي التزام آخر.
- نحن المسؤولون وحدنا عن التعامل مع أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق، بما فيها مطالبات انتهاك الملكية الفكرية.
- تُعدّ Apple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدة كطرف ثالث من هذه الشروط، ولها حق إنفاذها تجاهك.
١٤. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم القاهرة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، دون الإخلال بحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك.
١٥. تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر النسخة المحدّثة موافقةً عليها.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the Hisn Al-Muslim app (the "App"), published by RootDev ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App and delete it from your device.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules. This licence does not transfer ownership of the App to you.
3. Nature of the religious content
The supplications in the App are based on the book Hisn Al-Muslim by Sheikh Sa'id bin Ali bin Wahf Al-Qahtani. We take care to reproduce the texts accurately, but the App is a study aid and not a definitive religious authority, and we do not warrant that it is free of typographical errors or omissions. Where there is any doubt, refer to the original sources and to qualified scholars.
Sunrise and sunset times, and the reminders based on them, are approximations calculated from the coordinates of your selected city and may differ from local calendars. They should not be relied on alone to determine prayer or fasting times.
If you notice an error in any text or translation, please write to egmobdev@gmail.com and we will correct it.
4. Advertising
The free version of the App is funded by advertising delivered through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. By using the free version you agree to these ads being displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote.
5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
The App offers a premium ad-free upgrade in the following plans: monthly, yearly, and lifetime (a single, non-renewing purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase, at the price and duration shown in the App before you complete it.
- Auto-renewal: monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation: manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled from within the App itself.
- Restore: when changing device or reinstalling, use the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription screen.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled entirely by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes: prices may change in future; Apple will notify you of any increase on a renewing subscription and ask for your consent before it takes effect.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time, non-renewing purchase and remains active for as long as the App is available and tied to the Apple ID that made the purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Copy or redistribute the App's content or design for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Circumvent the advertising or subscription mechanisms, or use illegitimate means to unlock paid features.
- Use the App in any way that breaks applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The App's code, design, interface, name, logo and structured databases are owned by RootDev and protected by intellectual property law. We claim no ownership over the Qur'anic and prophetic texts themselves.
8. Third-party services
The App uses services provided by Apple, Google and Meta. Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their performance or availability.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App available and updated, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, or the App as a whole, at any time. If a paid feature is permanently discontinued during a paid subscription period, you may request a pro-rata refund from Apple.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. In all cases our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
12. Termination
This licence terminates automatically when you delete the App, or if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except under Apple's policies.
13. Apple-specific provisions
- These Terms are an agreement between you and RootDev only, not with Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We are solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including intellectual property infringement claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of it.
