باختصار: تطبيق «حصن المسلم» لا يطلب منك إنشاء حساب، ولا يجمع اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني. جميع أذكارك وإعداداتك وعدّاداتك تُحفظ داخل جهازك فقط. البيانات المحدودة التي تُجمع تأتي من خدمات الإعلانات وتقارير الأعطال التابعة لجهات خارجية (Google وMeta)، ويمكنك التحكم بها من إعدادات جهازك.
١. من نحن
تطبيق «حصن المسلم» (المشار إليه بـ«التطبيق») تصدره وتشغّله RootDev (المشار إليها بـ«نحن» أو «نا»). تشرح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي قد تُجمع عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وكيفية استخدامها، والخيارات المتاحة لك.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
أ) بيانات تُحفظ على جهازك فقط
يخزّن التطبيق داخل جهازك: تفضيلات الخط وحجمه، إعدادات التنبيهات وأوقاتها، المدينة المختارة وإحداثياتها، تقدّم قراءة الأذكار وعدّاداتها، وإعدادات الصوت والاهتزاز. هذه البيانات لا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي خادم، وتُحذف بالكامل عند حذف التطبيق من جهازك.
ب) الموقع الجغرافي (اختياري)
إذا اخترت تحديد مدينتك تلقائيًا، يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول إلى الموقع مرة واحدة لتحديد اسم مدينتك وحساب أوقات الشروق والغروب المستخدمة في تنبيهات أذكار الصباح والمساء. تُحوَّل الإحداثيات إلى اسم مدينة عبر خدمة الترميز الجغرافي من Apple، ثم تُحفظ المدينة والإحداثيات على جهازك. يمكنك تجاهل ذلك واختيار مدينتك يدويًا من القائمة، أو سحب الإذن في أي وقت من: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← خدمات الموقع.
ج) تقارير الأعطال والأداء
نستخدم Firebase Crashlytics من Google لمعرفة أسباب توقّف التطبيق وإصلاحها. عند حدوث عطل يُرسَل تقرير يتضمّن: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، وقت العطل، تفاصيل تقنية عن الخطأ، ومعرّف تثبيت عشوائي. لا يتضمن التقرير اسمك ولا بريدك ولا محتوى قراءاتك. خدمة Google Analytics غير مفعّلة في هذا التطبيق.
د) الإعلانات
تُعرض الإعلانات في النسخة المجانية عبر Google AdMob، ومن خلال وساطة AdMob قد تُعرض إعلانات من Meta Audience Network. قد تجمع هذه الشبكات وشركاؤها:
- معرّف المعلِن للجهاز (IDFA) — فقط إذا وافقت على طلب «تتبّع النشاط» الذي يظهر عند فتح التطبيق.
- عنوان IP وموقع تقريبي مشتق منه (على مستوى المدينة أو الدولة).
- نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ولغته.
- تفاعلك مع الإعلان: الظهور، النقر، مدة المشاهدة.
تُستخدم هذه البيانات لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها ومنع الاحتيال، وتحديد عدد مرات الظهور. إذا رفضت طلب التتبّع فستستمر الإعلانات بالظهور لكنها ستكون غير مخصّصة. يمكنك تغيير قرارك في أي وقت من: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع.
هـ) الاشتراكات والمشتريات
تتم جميع عمليات الدفع عبر Apple ومتجر App Store. نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك أو معلومات الدفع. يتلقّى التطبيق من Apple حالة الاشتراك فقط (نشط/منتهٍ) للتحقق من إزالة الإعلانات وفتح المزايا المدفوعة.
و) التنبيهات
تُجدوَل جميع التنبيهات محليًا على جهازك عبر نظام iOS. لا نستخدم إشعارات فورية من خادم، ولا نحتفظ بأي رمز إشعارات.
٣. لماذا نستخدم هذه البيانات
- تشغيل التطبيق: حفظ إعداداتك وحساب أوقات التنبيهات.
- تحسين الاستقرار: رصد الأعطال وإصلاحها (مصلحة مشروعة).
- تمويل النسخة المجانية: عرض الإعلانات وقياسها (بموافقتك في حالة الإعلانات المخصّصة).
- تنفيذ الاشتراك: التحقق من حالة الاشتراك (تنفيذ العقد).
٤. مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نتاجر بها. تُعالَج البيانات المذكورة أعلاه من قِبل مزوّدي الخدمة التاليين وفق سياساتهم:

٥. النقل الدولي للبيانات
مزوّدو الخدمة المذكورون شركات عالمية، وقد تُعالَج البيانات على خوادم خارج بلد إقامتك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة، وفق الضمانات المعتمدة لدى كل منهم.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ
- البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك: تبقى حتى تحذفها أو تحذف التطبيق.
- تقارير الأعطال: يحتفظ بها Crashlytics لمدة تصل إلى ٩٠ يومًا.
- بيانات الإعلانات: وفق سياسات Google و Meta الخاصة بكل منهما.
٧. خياراتك وحقوقك
- الإعلانات المخصّصة: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع.
- الموقع: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← خدمات الموقع ← حصن المسلم.
- التنبيهات: من داخل التطبيق أو من إعدادات iOS.
- حذف كل شيء: حذف التطبيق يزيل جميع بياناتك المحلية نهائيًا.
إذا كنت مقيمًا في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المملكة المتحدة أو ولاية كاليفورنيا، فلك الحق في طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. راسلنا على egmobdev@gmail.com وسنردّ خلال ٣٠ يومًا. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية بالمعنى الوارد في قانون CCPA.
٨. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية منهم. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك زوّدنا ببيانات، فراسلنا وسنتخذ اللازم لحذفها.
٩. الأمان
نظرًا لأن التطبيق لا يمتلك حسابات ولا خوادم لتخزين بياناتك، تبقى بياناتك محمية بآليات الحماية المدمجة في نظام iOS. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪.
١٠. تعديلات هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة مزايا جديدة أو تغيّر مزوّدي الخدمة. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، والتغييرات الجوهرية سيُنوَّه عنها داخل التطبيق.

In short: Hisn Al-Muslim does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name or email. Your azkar progress, counters and settings are stored on your device only. The limited data that is collected comes from third-party advertising and crash-reporting services (Google and Meta), and you can control it from your device settings.
1. Who we are
The Hisn Al-Muslim app (the "App") is published and operated by RootDev ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data may be collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

2. Data we collect
a) Data stored on your device only
The App stores locally on your device: font and text-size preferences, notification settings and times, your selected city and its coordinates, azkar reading progress and counters, and sound/vibration preferences. This data is never transmitted to us or to any server, and it is deleted entirely when you delete the App.
b) Location (optional)
If you choose to detect your city automatically, the App requests location permission once in order to identify your city and calculate the sunrise and sunset times used for morning and evening azkar reminders. Coordinates are converted into a city name using Apple's geocoding service, and the city and coordinates are then stored on your device. You may skip this entirely and pick your city manually from the list, or withdraw permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
c) Crash and stability reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics by Google to find and fix crashes. When a crash occurs, a report is sent containing: device model and OS version, App version, time of the crash, technical details of the error, and a randomly generated installation identifier. It contains no name, no email, and none of your reading content. Google Analytics is not enabled in this App.
d) Advertising
The free version displays ads through Google AdMob, and through AdMob mediation ads may also be served by Meta Audience Network. These networks and their partners may collect:
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow the App Tracking Transparency prompt shown when you open the App.
- IP address and an approximate location derived from it (city or country level).
- Device type, operating system and language.
- Ad interaction data: impressions, clicks and view duration.
This data is used to serve and measure ads, cap how often they appear, and prevent fraud. If you decline the tracking prompt, ads still appear but are non-personalised. You can change your decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
e) Subscriptions and purchases
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details. The App receives only your subscription status (active/expired) from Apple in order to remove ads and unlock premium features.
f) Notifications
All reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. We do not use server push notifications and hold no push tokens.
3. Why we use this data
- Running the App: saving your settings and calculating reminder times.
- Stability: detecting and fixing crashes (legitimate interest).
- Funding the free version: serving and measuring ads (with your consent where personalised).
- Fulfilling your subscription: verifying purchase status (performance of a contract).
4. Sharing
We do not sell or trade your personal data. The data described above is processed by the following service providers under their own policies:

5. International transfers
The service providers listed above are global companies, and data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence, including the United States, under the safeguards each of them maintains.
6. Retention
- Data on your device: kept until you delete it or delete the App.
- Crash reports: retained by Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
- Advertising data: per Google's and Meta's own retention policies.
7. Your choices and rights
- Personalised ads: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Location: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Hisn Al-Muslim.
- Notifications: from inside the App or from iOS Settings.
- Delete everything: deleting the App permanently removes all local data.
If you reside in the EU, the UK or California, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or to object to its processing. Write to egmobdev@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Security
Because the App has no accounts and no servers holding your data, your information is protected by the security built into iOS. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as features change or service providers change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and material changes will be announced inside the App.
